I also think it's a problem with your internet connection. My yahoo mail is loading quite fast.

 

Yahoo mail is disgusting for me, but I am still forced to use it.
I have thousands of emails there registered on many hundred sites and now
its not possible to set another inbox as default.

Ymail haven't changed for 15 years now. it is embarrassing to use such rich company as yahoo to do nothing to keep up with the trends others are going now.

 

I really dont have problem with yahoo mail its fast and really helps me with the job.

how its disgusting for you; what are you not getting in it, its working fine for me for years, also I am active on both yahoo mail and Gmail, both are going fine for me.

 

I never get many mails in yahoo. It is slow. Gmail is good.

 

never mind about it. I'm using gmail and it really SUCKS!! They are all sh*t

 

I've noticed lately I get a "start new session message". Wonder what that's all about.

 

At times yahoo becomes a bit slow, but not always though. I am using yahoo for quite a long time and I don't see any problem in it. I used others also like gmail and hotmail too, but wasn't satisfied with their performance. yahoo is the best....

I never had probs wth yahoo, though I don't lke the current javaembed interface, I prfer html, I am using html for gmail as well, java kills my bandwdth

but yes, yahoo is slow from certain ISP's I hav noted tht for sure, but not horrible
I have been using yahoo for over 7-8yrs, I stiill remembr the days when I had to clear my mailbox weekly due to extreme space limitations

I don't think so, seems to me as if you got a very slow pc. Otherwise new version is very fast and got some very good features as well. I think you should try once again.

 

It's not about slow pc or anything its just about choice and like, some people likes new version some one likes old, I'm also the one who love to use the old one, simple and easier to use.

 

new one is fast for some one with good connection speeds, older one is comparatively faster for slower connection users, its b'coz you don't use a slower connection, u might have not noted the difference

 

If your computer is a P4 or higher with atleast 512 mb of ram. You will have a really fast yahoo, if you have like a p3 computer, it will be extremely slow.
