I don`t give my email to anybody because once somebody has sent me 30.000 spam messages. (Yes, 30.000), but it is a long story and I want to keep my main email safe. I don`t think is waste of time.
I've been a webmaster for the last 3 years and never head of such issues. Check your browser's setting dude. Re-install windows, don't just stay there and look at your email crack! Cheers
It's not that bad, I use it for a few anonymous accounts. I'd *never* use it for my personal, important e-mail though.
So does Gmail limit the amount of emails you can send in a day?! I don't think any other email client is anywhere near Gmail with so many addons and quick as lightning functionality. Is the java based new yahoo mail better than gmail? I have been using the classic version of yahoo mail.
yes, gmail's spam filter is absolutely wonderful and filters all the spam correctly. While yahoo sends the spam in the inbox and sends the good mails which are not spam into the spam folder, which is really annoying. While I love yahoo's messenger service, which is the best for me, I really prefer Gmail over yahoo for emails.
never ever had a problem with yahoo, they are the most dependent email that I use from all of my emails, perhaps you should try cleaning out your cache, history etc restart your computer and try again, also if you can always try another computer before blaming website, sometimes the problem can be related to a certain computer
yeah I switched to live.com for mail and msn with the @live.com account for IM. It's a good choice almost everyone on digitalpoint uses MSN right now, even though Yahoo! and MSN can IM together so that part doesn't matter too much.
This is Oct posting, but until today (after more than 10 years with Yahoo Mail), Yahoo never do any strange behavior either for web mail or accessing from Thunderbird. I think Yahoo still good and recommended email service provider for me.
The good thing about GMail is the almost limitless storage. Like everyone else here has said, it might be worth your while switching to GMail. Might be a pain in the short term but is worth it long term
I feel like yahoo has really gone downhill, now that there are more mail options out there. Back in the days, everyone used hotmail or yahoo mail. Now gmail seems to be the better option.
