Yahoo Mail Help!

    so basically there is supposed to be an option in "Accounts Info" called "Update Password-Reset Info" right under "Sign-In & Security" which is used to change the Secret Questions & Answers, but if you take a look at the picture of my email, it doesn't show that option like every other yahoo mail. How do i fix this, what's the problem. Thanks very much.

    It would be better to submit a support ticket or play around with your account until you find it.

    I don't think you can change your secret question can you? They do that to prevent someone hacking your account, and changing the question to prevent you from getting back into it. I could be wrong though, this is just how I believe it works.

    It is a newer version of Yahoo Mail i think, just refresh the page and click reset password or change contact details depending on which you want to do.

    Might be they have changed the interface. you can also contact the Yahoo support team.
