Hi I have looked for the answer to my question but cant find anything that exactly explains the answer to me, I have two sites that I have been building links on steadily for the past few months and I check them using Yahoo site explorer, the thing is that I use both sites in all my Forum comments on the few sites that I like to use the Forum on, one site the links are building and showing often when the other is not. Both sites are indexed and doing fine in the search results I just dont understand why if the links are being added to one site then why not the other? Will I suddenly see the links credited for the other site maybe? is there a lag of some kind with some sites?
It might take a while for one of the sites to have the links showing, but eventually they should show up.
Thanks thats good to know I just couldn't understand and thought there may be a problem with one of the sites, I know when using different link checkers they can bring different results for the same domain but I thought Yahoo should show up the links for both domains as it found one it should find the other, but as im learning nothing in SEO seems straight forward :-?
ya it may take time for one site to show up all the backlinks even the other one is showing, so not to worry check a week later and you will find the good results for sure.
Ive checked today and the first site is still increasing while the other for some reason now seems to have LESS links , about 200 in fact, I just dont get it :-?
