Here are my tips to help your site get indexed and ranked in yahoo: 1 - create yourself a Yahoo account. 2 - create yourself a Yahoo Blog Log account. 3 - import your sites RSS feed into your Blog Log account. 4 - create a Yahoo Site Explorer account - import your sites RSS feed and sitemap 5 - make some blog post on your Yahoo account, and include some links to your site. If your logged into your yahoo account, just follow this link and it will take you to your yahoo blog - http://pulse.yahoo.com/y/blog By the time your done, you should be feeding yahoo all the information it needs to find your site.
Try submitting your site to yahoo site explorer. Go to yahoo, type: site:yourdomain.com, if it is not indexed you will get the hyperlink submit it for free Sign into a yahoo account and submit your url, hopefully your site will get crawled by yahoo.
You can use article submission as link building strategy toward Yahoo since Yahoo does count all link no matter if they have been attached with nofollow or not. This could help your website to being indexed and ranked in Yahoo as fastest possible.
Since you're using 3dcart and the SEO tools included are very powerful, make sure you submit the built-in sitemap to Yahoo by going to, http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/store/promote/sitemap/sitemap-06.html Also, check the Dynamic Meta-tags generated by 3dcart are in place, and customized this if necessary, usually these are pretty good. Enable 3dcart's custom file names so your URLs are optimized, this would remove any variables, characters, etc. and allow you to specify any URL you like. With 3dcart you get full control over the robots.txt, so check the file via FTP and look for anything that could be preventing Yahoo from indexing your website. If you're still experiencing problems getting indexed on yahoo, contact 3dcart directly, they have SEO experts that can help you with this.
yahoo takes more time than Google to index, so work on your site- add some content in it and it will produce the real links. And some real SEO.
