    Another question for 'em would be home come all sorts of people here in DP noticed issues/problems the last few days, but apparently they did not until we let 'em know. The "delayed reporting bug" should have been real obvious - can't believe the folks on the phone apparently didn't know about that.

    Having someone knowledgeable (like YahooSarah appears to be) monitor forums would help them, and ideally be able to chime in here more frequently.

    I've tried and tried to include ypn within my rss feed, still cant make it work.
