    Try Different searches on both search engines...find which search engines serves your purpose well.
    Do consider it is best for you.I found Google is good for searching web pages and Bing(of course,you didn't mention) is good for Images.

    It depends on the reason for which you are preferring one over other. In terms of search and search tools there is no denying about the fact that "east or best, google is the best" but when it comes to content and social bookmarking products, i would definitely go for yahoo instead.

    I know that Google is the most popular SE. In my opinion, Yahoo and Google were still the best for me. It doesn't matter where I would rank better, what matters most to me is that I can bring traffic to my site and make some sales.
