Yahoo IM API

    I have developed an Instant Messaging Client for Yahoo using a third party Yahoo IM API. After developing the client I integrated security features using Cryptography techniques such as Encryption, Decryption and Digital Signature.
    This was implemented by using JAVA programming language.

    This was done in my final year undergrad project. Finally it was an international publication.

    I would like to share my experience with those who are interested.

    Your concerns and feedback are welcome.

    am interested in your project...well will that works exactly like yahoo im? does it shows offline messages?have you installed show webcam features?

    if it's possible, which third party vendor did you use on the Yahoo IM Api?
    is it cheap, is it free? :p

    Hi--

    I'm looking for PHP solution to do the same thing...any chance you have this library for PHP too?

    I need it for my PHP Cron Job site where I can send out notifications when jobs complete. Yahoo IM is one of the feature requests right now.
