I still see it as some possible traffic to the site since there still are people that use Yahoo!

i did hire someone who knew what they were doing, Sem-Advance. website looks great. now waiting for site to be re-cached, which nobody can help. your SEO business must be booming with such courteous and helpful advice as "The issue lies with you, not the search engines. Hire someone who knows what they are doing..."

6,000 posts - you need to find something better to do with your time. you know there's this great new past time called 'fun'. it's all the rage these days. and i've heard there's a new place called 'outside' that everyone is talking about, you should check it out.

thanks for your constructive criticism. all the best with your business. i'll be in a rush to check out your websites. ahem.

I think yahoo loves keywords density and link building. Very little to do with excellent rankings.

yahoo does not hate you, the problem getting your site listed is just that they index sites very slowly compared to google.

Well, over 80% of the search results come from Google, so do not bother about Yahoo.

Thank you guys for the inputs. I don't really care about Yahoo anyway, I'll stick with the king G. let Yahoo and Bing do whatever they want :)

I dont know if you have, but you could pay to have your sites put on the business direcory, its like $300 though, a bit expensive, but I was listed right away and got some good results.

Yes I know, for some reason I refuse to pay that fee to be listed. I can spend $300 somewhere else improving my websites instead of getting listed on Yahoo directory.. I'm not sure who use that directory anyway.. I know myself i never use them.. the only benefit I guess will be a quality link beside that it's a total waste of money.

I think you should start to forget about yahoo. Concentrate on google to get more traffics.

    http://www.seoconsultants.com/search-engines/

I myself used Yahoo over until about 2 and a half years ago, when it's results were getting progressively less reliable and more spammy I switched to Google and have never gone back.

I would worry if my site wasn't on google. I barely use yahoo search. The only time I log into anything yahoo is when I'm chatting :)

Who ever says not to worry about Yahoo is out of their mind. Yes, they are a distant second to Google, but they still attract over 300,000,000 visitors per month. How can you walk away form that?
