Yahoo giving poor traffic

Yahoo gives a good traffic to my website. I don't think that Yahoo gives poor traffic.

 

Great post, and totally true. I rank on the first page of Yahoo for a couple of moderately competitive keywords and it still manages to pull in almost 1,000 unique visitors per month like that. Of course, Google sends me way more. But you're right that Yahoo can make big bucks for people who rank #1 for very competitive keywords.

 

I would prefer google, I get about 200 visitors from google.

 

I don't think this search engine provide low traffic.

 

Yahoo may give poor traffic as compare to Google.

 

It just depends on what you are trying to rank for in my honest opinion. For example alot of the Teenagers use Google instead of the other 2 engines.
You have to take that in note

We find that Yahoo traffic converts amazing well. Google has the numbers, but Yahoo has the quality.

 

FOr a few sites Yahoo gives great traffic because I am higher in the SERPS for those keywords than in Google. Yes Yahoo pales in comparison if rankings are equal just due to the fact that most people 'google' stuff. When was the last time you heard someone say ... yahoo it?

Yahoo is the second most used search engine in world wide.I think yahoo not giving poor traffic.But it not similar to Google.

 

Yahoo gives my site also good traffic.

 

Google provides me 20 - 30 times more traffic than Yahoo. And I have several keywords ranked number 1 on Yahoo. Yet I get very little traffic from Yahoo. Any suggestions?

 

Yes yahoo gives poor traffic, as only 5% of traffic come from yahoo as other all traffic come from Google. Google has better algorithm than the yahoo as google can index keyword quickly than yahoo. So yahoo gives bad traffic to the site.

 

well I realised in my experience that Yahoo sent a good traffic.

 

I haven't had a problem with yahoo traffic, ever, infact I've found it to be more targetted traffic compared with Google/Bing, it may just be your keywords.

 

I am on First Page (Third Result) of Yahoo for a particular keyword that gets 6600 Broad Searches a month in Google.

Guess What? I have so far gotten only 2 Visitors from Yahoo for that keyword since one month!

 

Im not sure about traffic, but it seems to take a lot longer to get indexed by yahoo than it does google.

Ydes yahoo is giving really a bad traffic as it is givinng only 5% of traffic. And all other traffic is coming from the Google, I think yahoo algo is different than the google. So it needs more time to index any site than the google.

 

Well not many people use yahoo so dont be surprised if yahoo gives you very little traffic
