Well, to make a long story short, my ads have been stuck in editorial review for 2 weeks now, and three times they have mistakenly denied them after I've provided proof of validity bla bla bla etc etc... anyways, for my troubles, Yahoo gave me a "$25 Goodwill credit." I like, I like. I have to say, Yahoo has GREAT customer service. They respond more effectively and in a more timely manner with the online form than over the phone, too, which is rare and easier for me.
Thats really great that they gave you $25 credit. But didn't you lose a lots of traffic (hence sales) because your ads could not get approved for 3 weeks.
Yeah, and the bad part is that all I changed was the URL. The ads and keywords remained the exact same. Even the landing page remained unchanged. Now they are telling me that affiliates are required to say in the ad title or text that it's an affiliate ad, and that on the site it clearly has to say that I'm an affiliate. Funny, considering that the other 7 campaigns on Yahoo that I have are affiliate campaigns with no such clarification on the landing pages or in the ads themselves.
