    He's not using a standalone arrow.. but part of his first word "Florida" I think an arrow by itself gets pulled... I have arrows on a few of my sites and noticed that the arrow is removed when a new version of the page is indexed. Some pages on my site in a site:www....com command still show the arrow. I suspect that they pull it at index-time and have the real title for use with the api.
