I tried to transfer my domain name from my existing registrar to yahoo . Everything worked well till payments page. As soon as I submitted my credit card, they gave error msg and charged $10 .. Now, when I am trying to contact them on phone, they ask me to hold for 30 mins. absolutely crap. Does anybody know, where can I contact yahoo to help me out ?
Yeah, Yahoo's customer service is completely pathetic. It's better to stick to smaller companies for that reason. I am with aplus.net. Always somebody to talk to.
