Thanks for all the responses... google is now giving me up to 400 hits a day, still nothing from Yahoo, guess I'll just focus on google.

    Thanks again.

100% of my traffic is from google, im listed #1 for a few keywords on google and not listed anywhere near the top of yahoo, yahoo is just different.

I wouldnt worry about it, if you keep getting your google ranking up you will be fine.

We get around 5-6% or so of our traffic from yahoo excluding paid results. Its for a 5 year old site , which is listed in yahoo directory. According Nielsen numbers, yahoo gets around 25% of google's search numbers. Looks like none of us are getting anywhere near that percentage? so how do we get our fair share?

Google has a very high brand recall than any other search engine and its name has almost become synonyms with search engine...Hence you are bound to get a load of traffic from big G w.r.t others...

Ditto about Yahoo sucking a big pole!

I get about 80% of my web traffic and unique visitors from Google.

Yahoo is about 10% and all the other engines (MSN, AOL, etc) make up the other 10% combined.
