It's not uncommon for large sites to not get deep crawled in Yahoo.

I've been waiting for 4 months.. I doubt they'll ever index as much as Google has.

Yahoo has a "pay pay pay" inclusion program if it is really important to you. (Pay for "site review", pay for traffic, pay again because you have money and we want you to).

You got past step 1 - getting crawled. Now it's a matter of waiting. If you opt for pay pay pay, you will probably not lose your rankings when your account goes dry since they already are spidering you. Otherwise, just wait. It will probably happen. There are tricks for attracting their spider, but nothing for speeding up inclusion.

I had less than 10000 visits from Yahoobot the last 12 months.

The last 6 days however, Yahoobot has gone crazy grabbing 290000 pages using 509 IPs!

So far there are no changes visible using the site: command, still only 4960 indexed pages as before.

I'm sure that will change soon enough now though ;)
