Yahoo Directory - which region?

    I am based in the UK but my business service is worldwide. The site is hosted in the USA and it is a dot com.

    If I submit to the Yahoo Directory, will I be placed in their UK directory or the main yahoo.com directory?

    I submitted a site about 5 years ago and it was a dot com. It sold an ebook and they put me in the UK directory. Is there any way I can find out for sure?

    In our experience, submitting to Yahoo.com will generally get you listed in the English regional versions of the directory:

    Yahoo Asia
    Yahoo Australia & New Zealand
    Yahoo Canada
    Yahoo India
    Yahoo UK & Ireland

    I'm not sure if submitting to a regional version such as the UK site would accomplish the same, maybe someone else who has submitted there can let you know.

    What I mean is if I submit to the main Yahoo directory, will then then say, "Ah, you are in the UK, so you only get to go into the UK directory".
