Yahoo Directory Submission

    I have used the free submission form to submit my domain to Yahoo Directory. From what I saw on the site, they get 1000s of applications a day.

    Do you get any kind of notice if your site has been accepted or not?
    If you don't get any kind of an email, how long should I wait before reapplying?

    I haven't submit to Yahoo directory, but you should check every now and then by searching "site:yourdomainname.com"

    After about a month you should reapply.

    its also possible to get listed with 100$ instead of 299$

    I haven't seen the $100 offer, do you have a url for this.

    I would do the $299 listing, but this is an annual fee as opposed to a one time fee.

    If you submit your site in Yahoo Free Directory submission they didn't Approved your sites i done this before few months ago. so please don't waste your time.

    Once I did a paid submission. I dont think that made any major difference.

    I did that 2 years back for one of my own domain and no answer so far for that I stop yahoo directory submission, Yes as said above miakiru if you need to confirm whether your link live on any website you need to check it manually or you can do it through yahoo too
