Yahoo Directory refused one of my website

They declined one of my website by stating that they don't accept that category (Gambling).

I did search and found plenty of similar websites in those categories.

Send them e-mail also with screenshots of those links.

No reply from them. Silence is acceptance of guilt isn't it?

you might try again later as it properly depend on which staff review your site.
but it's would be better to let us know the url first.

    Did you pay Yahoo?

I found this, but not on Yahoo..

"Please note: Yahoo! Directory does not accept listings for online gambling sites and prescription drug sites. Online gambling sites are those that have gambling as their central theme, including those that accept wagers or require payment in exchange for the chance to win prizes, as well as sites that offer both information and links related primarily to the promotion of online gambling."

I ran into the same issue 2 years ago with Microsoft's directory. Their directory was full of gambling sites and they wouldn't give me a refund.

I didn't get a refund. Luckily I had other sites that I could submit instead.

    $300?

You must be kidding. I got a case going on in court in UK for just £50 ($100).

The other fell will pay court fee and my time waste and I'm winning, provided he doesn't declare himself bankrupt ;)

Good, hopefully it doesn't go bad, surely he would be better refunding, instead of having to pay your court fee too.

A court case for £50 in the UK? Are you having a baby?! The judge will laugh in your face way before s/he even selects a jury. HaHaHa - thanks for the Laugh of the Day ;)

Nop it is serious business here. And it is not high court or supreme court but a money claim court which is setup for this purpose only. No Jury just one judge.
So you see no get away for cheaters :)

Ask president Bush to get one for you, it is very effective over here.

'Over here' portraying where, exactly? I think the term you're looking for is a SCC - Small Claims Court:p
