    i paid $299 to get listed in yahoo last month, it took a total of 6 days from payment to get listed.

    i am now noticing i have backlinks from all yahoo directorys from around the world. uk,ca,in,sg, etc

    they {Yahoo} use MarkMonitor registrar (Icann accredited) for domain name registrations. Yahoo is not ICANN accredited.
