Hi, I would like to ask if it is still possible to provide services of getting sites to be in the Yahoo directory at a cheaper rate... I am asking on behalf of a friend...Is he going to violate any TOS here? I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post. If this is the wrong forum,please forgive me... Thanks v much..
