I paid Yahoo $300 for listing my website www.3bsi.com .... but they refuse it because its an Arabic language... also they refused to refund me.
Firs you should read their terms & Condition . If they don't allow then you should not apply . they did not refund. may be they check your website for listing but your language was Arabic so they did not approve but took process and checking charges which is $300
Yes, Yahoo doesn't refund, it charges $299 which is non-refundable and it doesn't guarantee that your site would be included as well.
