    My sites been accepted into the Yahoo directory, how will this benefit? Better search engine rankings? Improved pagerank?

    I think that is just a nice back link from Yahoo, But I don't feel now it is worth getting listed there. !

    $299 is pretty sweet, but i heard that it does work, at least that way you get listed instead of like dmoz
