just noticed something strange to serps in Yahoo. Maybe it's not strange at all because I usually monitor serps in Google only and thought Yahoo is more stable than G with its preupdate, update, postupdate dancing serps... so for 2 websites I have different serps during several days. a website was #20, then #1 (I was really happy ), then #11, then #13 and so on... the second website during 3 days moved from #88 to #77, then #53, then #44 (yesterday) and now it's #92 is it normal way for Yahoo? Does serps usually fluctuate? Thanks for answer. Julia
Julia... Since Y! started rolling out their updates based on their "improved indexing technologies", sites have been bouncing around like yours. Situation seems to have stabled out on many datacenters, but I've resigned myself to the fact that this is going to be a normal thing... so best to just concentrate on building our sites.
i got major lost of yahoo serps at my site. several days ago i have hundreds of result with site:mysite.ext feature. but now i have only 10 from awstat inktome visit my site daily for sure.
