Yahoo customer support sucks.

I've been on hold for 22 minutes. This is ridiculous.

This is why I warn all my clients NOT to use them as their host... pathetic.

 

on hold for 22 mins.??...dang!!, probably the "yahoo guy" is busy scanning your problem on google.

 

LOL! Your both right! I have one site hosted by them and I have the same problem. I just give up. I was sending people there cause the commision is good but I dont anymore. I dont want nobody getting mad at me!

 

Yeah, I ended up sitting on hold for over an hour... ended up just hanging up. I"m recommending my client changes hosts... God I hate them.

 

I had them for a while. The service is hit and miss. There were times where they were very helpful and would pick up the phone in 30 seconds.

Other times required a longer wait.

The main reason I left though was the inflexible environment if you are doing anything with PHP or that requires a real Cpanel.

Much happier with my current host - their support is EXCELLENT!

ya that's why I transferred my sites, cause they don't handle much php. only there stuff.

Yahoo! is big and busy...That's why it can ignore some calls...

 

YAHOO SUCKS...they dont know shit about any thing they are big just because they ran a lame chatting which the yahoo ids can be owner easily and disabled too..
and about busy?!yea i accept it..cause of that kind of lame service many of customers are angry and callin those idiots)

 

Because their 'control panel', if you can call it that, doesn't set up phpMyAdmin properly.

 

They charged me $12 after i tranfered one of my domains to godaddy and i called the customer support to get my money back and the machine said hold time " 30 Minutes " and i said F That and hunged up after 15 minutes, i will transfer all my domains from yahoo to godaddy they raised their price on domains, guess they are in desperate need of money.

 

Yahoo support is terrible, don't use them.

 

I gave up on Yahoo a while back. The support they offer is horrible.

 

When yahoo gets a qualified applicate they forward it to google.

Several years ago I tried Yahoo hosting and they were the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Terrible service and if you ever have to call them? they outsource their customer service and you will probably never get to talk with anyone who knows anything or can help. I could go on and on but I will just say they really stink.

 

Like google is any better..
