I've read that in alot of cases, you have to sign up to a certain countries Search marketing to be able to target that country. But when I go to Yahoo.ca and try to sign up for publisher, it takes me to the American site. Can I use the ".com" publisher program to target Canada?
Yes you can do that... I have noticed that during signup you have the option to select canada..... So u can use the US account itself to target Canada.. check my signature link for free yahoo credit worth $100 and other tips
