My Yahoo reported clickthroughs for yesterday were 65, while my Google Analytics credits Yahoo with 8 visits. Can anyone help me resolve this?

It may be a coding issue, but if so its a bit tricky. I use Curl to create the content on the landing page, and its possible that the process is messing up something google analytics does with the cookie jar to capture referer data. The numbers for the landing page itself seem good, but perhaps the referer numbers are inaccurate.

Does anyone have a suggested alternative to Google Analytics for capturing that same data?
