Today I recieved a pamplet from the Checkmate Strategic Group, Stating they are sueing Yahoo for improperly collecting revenue by charging and/or overcharging class persons for clicks that were click fraud, fradulent clicks, click spam, invalid clicks, unwanted clicks..etc. They are investigating Yahoo's click filtering systems and such...This could mean good or bad to customers and publishers alike...Has anyone else received this pamphlet?

Just another way for attorneys to make money IMO.

    Did you read that thing?

They are asking for "$4,950,000.00 in attorneys' fees plus costs in an amount not to exceed $25,000."

    Come on. What a joke!

got it as well...I think it is all lawyers just doing some fishing....my letter was addressed to "anyone who has advertised with YPN". I am not an advertiser..so I am wondering why I got it? I think a bunch of lawyers are trying to ride google's coattails.
