I am observing that yahoo is just copying the same results as google they rank the sam eposition as google is it coincidence ?

 

Yes it is.
I'm in the same position on both only for a dozen of keywords over more than 300 I target.

 

If a site ranks well in G, I have found it also will rank well in Yahoo. The main reason for this is probably because to rank well in G the site needs to have quality inbound links and keyword rich content. Since the Y algorithm is also looking at these factors the site should rank well there too.

 

I don't like yahoo anyway, but I have seen some, very little changes regarding search results between google and yahoo.

for example, some times, google rank me in first 3 for many keywords, where I am no where in yahoo, and some times, opposite happens

 

my site serp also not same with both SE .... as my site ranks well in G for many keywords but very few in Yahoo .... i tried to rank well on yahoo too but didn't get much good results as aspected.

 

I find the ranking is same in some keywords but ranking of some keywords are different from Google.

 

I dont see the same as you guys, for one of my sites im doing well in both, but the higher rankings, especially for a very important keyword for me is in yahoo.

That's just a coincidence, lately this week I check 100+ keywords both google and yahoo and the result were totally different.

Yahoo doesn't copy Big G... They have their own way of sorting websites

 

Most of the time you will notice the bigger well known sites ranking almost the same top 5 positions for both yahoo and google (but not all).

 

Is Sergey moving out from Googleplex ? ..

 

They would say they didn't copied. they just followed what google shows. anyway my rank in yahoo is a bit higher than in google in some keywords.
