Is it possible to make a Yahoo bot/spider crawl your site? Or is there a way to invite it? I have just updated all my meta data adn I want to make it known to Yahoo. Thanks in advance.
Hi, U are using so many term.They all are mix pls define your question first.As far as yahoo bot /slurp concerned its just gather information about your page for their respective search engine. Seeing these spiders more often is also desirable because this means that you are being indexed more often and more likely to show up quickly in the SERPs (search engine results page). Its my opinion tell me i m right or wrong.
No you are absolutely right. And as far as i know you can always play with your meta description to activate spiders activity on your website
I just typically ping my site using autopinger.com or something similar. Yahoo follows the links on those sites to yours.
