This sometimes happen to me also - Yahoo indexes just the root page whereas Google and MSN have thousands of pages.

I think the answer is simply that getting crawled by Yahoo is just harder - meaning you need more backlinks to get Yahoo to spider whole your site than you do for Google.

Well, you could opt for the pay pay pay program to get in there, but even that's a pay per url basis. Deep indexing in yahoo takes plenty of time. I think they want to give you the option of paying them first. Adding RSS Feeds (and consecutively adding them to your my.yahoo account) can help get a few pages indexed, but the old adages remain true:

    1) build backlinks
    2) keep your site updated frequently
    3) wait.
    4) wait again.
    5) wait even longer.
    6) ignore it.
    7) wait.
    8) wake up one day and have a well indexed site.

That's useful info - I have a site with over 6000 pages indexed by google and just the homepage in yahoo and it was doing my head in trying to work out why. The site has been around for months.
