(AP) -- For the first time, search engine Yahoo Inc. beat rival Google Inc. on the University of Michigan's annual American Customer Satisfaction Index report, which was released Tuesday. I find that very easy to believe and I have predicted that for awhile!! Google should hang on to this thought: GREED will inprison us all!! That was a good read!!
Even more surprising is AOL's customer satisfaction number of 67. I've never known anyone who was satisfied with AOL.

I am a big fan of Google, and although they are now the guys to beat, I think they are doing a great job. I must admit though, sometimes Google is just too thorough with their results turning up many listings that are not really user friendly...this is where Yahoo is beating them out in my opinion.
They may beat them on the basis that they ahve a portal where people browze. But when it comes to searc, people are still going to keep using gogole.
Yeah and when Yahoo completely took up google's first place, Yahoo will become greed as well. The satan circle will continue...
I think the vast majority of us have felt google slipping for a while, however, once you are at the top there isn't really anywhere to go but down...I'm sure Google will get it together.

i'm sure among this 67%, Vincent Ferrari isn't included lol (search him on youtube if you don't know who he is)
Yahoo! might have more points than Google but in my opinion, Google is still better than Yahoo! and it's the first thing that comes to ur mind when you want to search something!
I was just as astonished when I saw Yahoo was higher than Google on Alexa. I converted a long time ago and I am not giving up on Google.
yahoo is ( and has been for a long time) my second choice in a search engine. google still rules (most of the time anyways) for me!
