When asking a question on Google many times a link to yahoo answers appears. I would think that that may create traffic for the web site designators website if a link to it is provided. Is there something the person answering the question does that increases the chances of an answer to a question the webmaster provided showing up on a search on Google. If so what it is? I realize some people think yahoo answerers is no good for link building. If that is true that is ok. I just want if what I described has any traffic or other benefit and how to make it happen.
I don't know exactly how good Yahoo answers is for link building but it can get you some nice traffic. I done an experiment that started two days ago (this is actually the third). I went to yahoo answers, and answered only 5 questions, but posted my blog http://sf-zone.net as the source (the blog contained more information for that question). Today I did not have time to answer any more questions, so I only answered to ten (10) question. From these 3 were selected as "Best Answer". And I got at least 3 visits from yahoo answers per day since I done this. So if you answer at least 20-30 questions daily (it really isn't much) and you have at least 5 best answers/day you could get some really good traffic from them.
Glad I could help. I will write a more complex article on this in the near feature (probably this weekend) on this topic, so visit my website for more info.
I have also used yahoo answers with a lot of success driving traffic back to my blog. I try to focus on the niche my blog is based on. If you're answer gets picked as the best answer, it gives you some consistent traffic back to your site.
but make sure you are mentally prepared because the chance your account getting suspended is very high. and will very likely not to listen to you once you are suspended.
