    Yahoo Answers can generate a great deal of traffic to your website if you post useful answers or your answers are chosen as 'Best Answer'. Just don't overdo it because they will penalize you for it.

    I have posted thousands of answers, and I've asked about 50 questions. I'm soon level 5 at Yahoo! Answers, and I actually work as an answerer at Yahoo! Answers.

    yeah i have done it but not much i have post one or two question at yahoo answer but heard so much about it that yahoo provide a useful service in the shape of yahoo answer

    Hell yes! It's great for marketing - you can slip in some CPA offers or promote your website when answering the questions - just find those which are unanswered and match your niche.

    I answered some questions on yahoo answer. Some of the answers there are useless but to leave their link as source of their answer. Some answers also are informative.
