I use yahoo answers and simply copy and paste the link into my answer Just be VERY sure that your link is directly related to answering the question or you will get banned for spamming. And be sure to answer questions without posting a link
I use Yahoo Answers to promote my site, although they use the nofollow tag, Yahoo still counts it as a backlink. Give long detailed replies to your first few answers. Spend some time writing them. Cut and paste them to use again. Every time you get a new question, give a long detailed reply, then you never have to write that answer again. I am at the point now where almost nothing is new, but I give long, indepth, detailed answers that I have over 50% best answer for and over 6000 points. One mistake I see a lot of people make is to not read the question before cutting and pasting a generic response. This is rude and thoughtless. Post at least a few words that specifically answer the question, then cut and paste the rest. I am constantly getting 'Thanks so much for a thoughtful answer, I will definitely check out your site!' and the like. Be sure to put your site in the source box, and you fly under the radar without looking like you are openly marketing. Good luck!
I think all the above comments are valid. I sometimes join YA and even received some points when my answers are chosen as the best ones. Here is what I do. I look for questions that I can answer immediately by putting the summary of my older posts like parenting and marriage. Then I request him/her to visit the whole post which is on my blog, and the link is below my answer. However, I always remind myself that the reason why ask is they need solid answers, which means avoid promoting your blog directly. Hope that helps.
i used it like 2 -3 months back, used to get good little traffic. conversion rate was good, but no link juice as far as back links are concerned. but its good for some traffic and even indexing your new sites.
I do sometimes. It's an easy way to get traffic. You can add relevant links from your site in the "resource" box they give.
yes I spend 15-20 minutes daily answering questions and have done so for quite some time. I make many sales with this service
Frankly, they'd be really stupid to do it. It's become so popular, they'd lose a ton of great traffic.
I posted a link that was deep into a government information site, and received a warning for doing so, when it was obviously not my site! Has anyone had any problems with posting a deep link, or do you all just point to your home page? Thanks.
I run it you can also try yahoo vedio ,yahoo 360.yahoo map first got more than 3 accoutns 1 ask answer 2 reply answer ASAP.(didnot reply as ads, yahoo answer admin will delete your accounts) 3 mark your answer is right answer. then reply this answer again in your third accounts with more detail
I have also heard of one software that anwers to 1000's of questions at one time, did any one of you know about it? Is that really helpful? One guy was selling that to me for $50, should I take it? Please suggest.
This is extremely dishonest. I don't want to be that kind of person doing Yahoo Answers. It's why serives like Yahoo Answers get such a bad reputation, and why online marketers get a bad reputation. Pure black hat - no thanks!
