I have joined yahoo answers as little test to see how quickly i can generate keyword links to my site by posting all best answers i get on social bookmarking sites. i started yesterday and already have 11 best answers 5 of which are now listed on google when i search for specific key words. few of my posts have even ended up on other blogs.
Well, either you are too lucky to get away with the links posting (which is not possible) or you are just faking Can you show us your yahoo answers pages so that we believe and even try out ourself what you claim to have achieved ? I myself have too many failure in submitting links in yahoo answers.
You would always get rewarded if you share information is worth sharing, no matter what medium you are using.
i am being very careful to only post my links in posts where it is relevant. i dont post links in every post i figured that would get me banned. Also i have too few posts here to post a link. but take a look over my posts for yourself. on yahoo answers i am swiftcolour.com or google swiftcolour and use on of the links that pops up for yahoo answers. also being careful not to over post -------------------- now on 13 best answers and counting. this seems to be really adding some weight
Yep, can confirm that YA can be really nice. Just two little rules 1) Don't answer to many questions per day 2) Resist the urge to put a link to your sites into every of your answers; answer without links or refer to wikipedia / other generic sites once a while Your account can get banned within days if you push it too hard. Take it easy and post over weeks - you will get a constant stream of traffic to your pages if you answer well. Keep the quality up!
That's great but don't make so hurry and give the quality replies as you've already get reputation. So try to answer of limited questions and keep such reputation forever.
That's because you very obviously are spamming! I have meanwhile reached level 4 on yahoo answers and never had a problem once. I do not add a link to our site in every single answer I submit, just in any 3 or 4 answers. The traffic I receive from yahoo answers is not too bad but usually doesn't convert in sales. But you never know who might have bookmarked the site and come back later at another time. It's all about getting your name/brand recognized. Cheers verdecove
