I was at Yahoo answers recently and noticed that there was a post that had something to do with taxes of some sort. And it was posted like ten minutes before i got to it, and i went to google to search the term "taxes" and believe it or not it was number one on google for that keyword....so my question is, can yahoo answers put you there if you monetize the post good enough or was just luck? even though it only last for a couple of days but if you it's a term that gets alot of searches than wouldnt be worth it??
My dear friend First and foremost thing is yahoo is using nofollow right Second thing is that you got top of the google only when the question asked is type exactly in the google. foreg a question asked is "which is the best car" and when you search in google exactly like this "which is the best car" then only you get it at top and sometime may not get because there are many such type of pages with such keyword. Cool mate and Enjoy your day
How do you monetize a yahoo post? Links in Yahoo Answers are nofollow. They won't help your site with rankings. Of course it can bring you traffic if someone follows a posted link. I highly doubt a yahoo answer on "taxes" was outranking the IRS website.
In yahoo 1st rank is not so dif. may web www.leddisplayscreen.com have many keywords in first rank in yahoo. just like "led screen" "led panel" But this same keywords search in google ,my web never appear.
yahoo answers can get you on the 1st of Google, and typically pretty fast. i have had sites indexed in hours. i'm not sure how long they will typically last in the rankings though.
Are you sure? Since when that happen? Yahoo answers now don't have a live linking as we know... You are doing some other link building aside from Yahoo answers...
