    Right, you must have done somthing wrong (against their TOS) hence your account was banned. Even i don't think they will revert your account status. (never heard about their generosity) but I recoomed you to Try Your Luck ;)

    They say you are welcomed to create new account there, but make sure you contribute according to their policy. If you don't post any link in your answer, it is safe. But if you post links, make sure it doesn't "look" promotional
