I think you cannot restore it, what you can do now is to create a new id and they again participate at YA to gain level 2. This time donot violate any policies of YahooAnswers

 

Contact yahoo support or what ever yoiu do , now your account will not be active I have personal experienced.

 

I don't thing you can get your account back.

Once you get suspended on Yahoo answer, it's mean that you are permanently banned ( this is my self experience)

So, just create another accounts, but keep in mind that you will get suspend ( again) if you just SPAM Yahoo answer.

 

You have spammed that's why your account got banned, you need to create new account and put your answer in right way, give some detail and explain what's you were saying there.

 

I think it's not necessary to spend time restoring the old account, easier to make a new one and continue your work.

 

You can contact to technical support, they can help you.

 

u must have done something wrong that led it to terminate.usually ,i own a couple of accounts at the same time,in case of any one gets penalty

You can try to contact the community and support. If you haven't made something wrong (spam or too much advirtising) they can reactivate it.

 

My yahoo answer account also disabled. The reason was I placed links for some sites in the resource box. Now I don't think the action can be removed.

 

Try contact them and asking them to reinstate you. Otherwise sign up again and start all over.

 

you have post more link on yahoo answer so this is do. but if yahoo one time ban your account he will not open. so please do not post more link after 2nd level.

 

You must violate the rules of Yahoo Answer community, it is still possible to get your account back if you apply to the webmaster for the violation is fake .

I think you are disqualify any other reason or your answer is not quality. Please wait some day for reactive your account or direct contact with admin of yahoo answering section.

Yahoo answers hand out bans with no appeal, and no point trying to stop them, they are power hungry!
