Yeah its another way of getting traffic
because you can leave a link on the source box.

Its not obvious that you are spamming if ever you're just doing right.
What's good about yahoo answers is that you earned points every time you contribute.
Being a top Contributor is a very good achievement.
Just be good in answering the question and post relevant answers.
