    I'd recommend looking on Yahoo Answers for a solution. Or maybe post this question on Yahoo Answers?

    You might get a quicker reply that way.

    Yes after the recent changes, changing the profile picture at Yahoo Answers may be problematic as you need create your Yahoo profile first. And avatar image of your Yahoo profile will be your profile picture on Yahoo Answers also.

    you can log in to yahoo account and change the profile pic. Profile pic plays important role.
