You can always try appealing to yahoo, but it's probably a waste of time. You probably broke the rules in some way and ............... that's it. Account suspended. However, they usually send you some sort of notification about "future suspension" so if they did, and you ignored it, it shouldn't be too much of a surprise to find your account has been suspended.

Were you spamming or promoting a website of blog? That can get you banned for sure.

You must have broken one or more rules before the suspension. You should probably try to contact them.

Probably broke their TOS linking to a site or blog...You could try appealing but it probably isn't even worth the time. Create a new account and start all over again!

Yahoo answers you can get a lot of traction with targeted answers that are relevant to links or sources you have to offer. I have seen a lot of people get banned or suspended lately for sourcing the same sites over and over. A lot of people do it but few get away with it. Thing is, you have to be stealth about it and mix up your answers with unrelated answers.

The Appeal does not work also.. tried that and they keep coming back with some BS answer about violating the rules and you must create a new account.
