    Once the account in yahoo answer suspended you have no chance to reactivate it. Yahoo suspend your account with the reason of suspension.
    Violation of rules suspend account/

    Maybe you violated their rules and TOS. You can't reactivate it once you are suspended.

    no, suspended means, banned for life time. But you can open a new account. How ever you wanna use yahoo answers to get traffic to your sites, its wasting time, yahoo answers is just good to get knowledge. can't get good traffic from it or either they are not dofollow
