    My question is if pay publicity with Yahoo, this publicity appears at Msn and others search engines.

    Yahoo's version of Google Adwords applies to Yahoo only. MSN will not show the ads.

    Actually Yahoo was taking a test to outsource ads from google for two weeks...so google adwords ads were visible on yahoo..but in case of yahoo and msn..I don't think there is such kind of things happening..:)

    Didn't Microsoft announce they wont raise their bid for yahoo and are prepared to move forward without Yahoo? Spose to be some press release or something today from MS...

    They are two different company with two different ad system. So no, the ads won't appear on both of em if you decide to advertise on either one. Maybe in the future, IF, yahoo n microsoft combines to become yahoosoft or microhoo lol.. Then only there is a possibility, but then again, even then it will be in doubt.

    kajunplaya, Microsoft's CEO, Steve Ballmer has given Yahoo’s board the deadline of Saturday, April 26 to “accept a deal with Microsoft or face a lower bid that it takes directly to Yahoo’s shareholders”. Will be watching this closely.
