Google and Yahoo are the famous giants of internet. Google's Adsense is available for Indians, but Yahoo's Advertisement for Indian Publishers is still not available. Please clear that why Yahoo Ads is not available to Indians?

YPN has stake in tyroo.com, which is available for Indian publishers.

YPN is still not international. So it is not open for Indians.

I hope it will still take some more time for Yahoo to allow Indian publishers as there is a tough competition.. When Google started there were not many players....

Only Yahoo! can give the exact answer, others can only make guesses. Mail em and see if they reply back or not.

the advertisers on ypn only target on non-asian traffic.
if the number of advertisers targeting asian traffic increases, surely ypn will allow asians.

The only reason I think would be 'cost benefit analysis' .. there has to be sufficient number of users who would use this service to target customers from India. Most Indian publishers won't be willing to pay the dollars per click for similar keywords in global market.
