And that's the bottom line. Amen. We even had YahooSarah, a confirmed Yahoo! rep, stop by and give us a heads-up (thanks, BTW), whereas AdSense doesn't even have phone support for their big $$$ publishers. I think that Y! is handling this beta program very well. AmCy
I would have to agree. They sent me an email in response to my concern and apologized. While I do agree that it is frustrating to wake up at 6 in the morning to find out your ads have been down for at 6 hours, but still Yahoo has been good overall and is getting better and listening to what the publishers want. I can say that the response times from them are much faster than Google by about 3 days so I cannot complain and at least I can get a person and a real response not these responses that are automated and completely off topic of the question you have asked. Plus Sarah posted here and Google reps would never have done so. Good job Yahoo. Kevin
I'm a small-fry YPN customer, so there wouldn't be much direct financial benefit to me personally, but I'd love to see Yahoo do this as it would stir up the pot - pass the idea around at YahooHQ Sarah! ;-)
I'm sure that they use more than just one server to spit out the YP ad's. Chances are that they have about 10+ servers for that alone.
