they are trying to catch up....don't think they will though

 

There are some areas that Yahoo beats Google over. Trying to strengthen those areas is the most logical thing they can do right now, while trying to improve on others that they are lagging in.


I applaud Yahoo. Great buy for them.

 

its about time they need to do something for advertisers and publishers ypn just isnt cutting it as it stands

 

They don't have to catch up. They just need to create a more competitive atmosphere for publishers and advertisers by adding programs and hopefully one day getting out of BETA.

I wish all of the search portals would get it together and start ad programs, even if they don't pay/work well. Right now, there are not enough people eating at the same table as Google.

Just my 2 cents.

 

very true...I guess it's hard not to be a monopoly when you're really the only major player...
