Yahoo is currently giving away $50 in credits to anyone with a new account. They do, however, require you to spend $30 upfront. Do I still have to spend the $30 even though they're giving away $50 in credits?

Do new accounts count if I joined aver a year ago? and stopped using it? Can I still get this credit? Any ideas?

So I do have to spend the $30? I would really like to test them out before investing any money into it.
