YACSI -- Yet Another CSS Sidebar Issue

    I have no idea why the sidebar on tabletopland.com it just doesnt go right down to the bottom of the page (which it should do!), would one of you lovely people be able to help me out! :)

    ....excuse me?, thats bol**cks, how about you pm me with your anti virus concern's rather than spreading FUD...

    There's no virus or trojan embedded into the website, the only JS is auctionads and a dropdownbox menu..

    Remove the height property from #sidebar.

    I have nothing against you Quozt. I got an alert and so I posted it. If you were offended I am sorry. I visited your link again and there were no warnings this time. Style the container of your sidebar as position: relative; and overflow: hidden; and for the side bar position: absolute; and height: 1000px; or some height you will never reach. The side bar will extend and the excess will stay hidden because of the overflow: hidden for the container. Hope this helps.

    Define "doesnt (sic) work".

    It does, indeed work, in that the background color extends the full height of the content. If you want the background to extend beyond its content to the bottom of the page, you'll need to use the faux column technique. Google is your friend.
