Google requires 6 month old blog/site, that's all. If this requirement is fulfilled & still not approved, then problem is elsewhere.
ranacseruet is right mate, your blog is to be 6 month old to be approved, i think thats the problem and you will never get approved ..
Your site doesn't need to be three months old and that's a fact. You can get your site approved on day one. You're getting denied because of excessive redirects which google probably told you in your declination letter. Remove the amazon ads because they're all redirects. I don't know about your other ad partner, but if they're redirects you should remove them too. Remove all redirects and then apply again. You will be approved in two or three days. Once you're approved you can put the other ads back onto your site. Oh, you should also read the tos and make sure the other ads you're serving don't violate google's tos. I know for certain that google won't serve it's ads on the same page as yahoo and msn ads, so make sure those text ads are ok in google's tos. One ppc advertiser who is okay with google is chitika. You should check them out. I use them and make pretty decent money. I'm only getting about 20% less than I do on the google network. If you're going to sign up, do so from my affiliate link since they'll pay me 10% of your earnings for 1 full year with no penalty to you. Check your hosting company. You need to make sure your sites aren't hosted somewhere like NIGERIA! Use a mainstream host and make sure you don't have excessive links and redirects. If you have tons of links like blogs usually do, make sure you comment out the sidebar and archives for the google bot.
Adsense not accepting blogspot blogs these days... in fact they must have told you this reason in the rejection mail you have received.
You need a domain. eg www .... com Free blogspot domains... you can try for the next ten years, and Google will just think: spammer!
