    Ah yeah, i guess that's true too, seen it a million times now that i think about it.. some noob commits fraud and bitches about not getting paid/banned.. but usually they just get banned for fraud straight away.. soo hmm.

    Additionally, I noticed many of your posts are significantly outside of typical U.S. business hours. If you are attempting to contact someone during hours similar to when you are posting, this may be part of the answer to your "disconnect" issue. Are you inside of the US? I am guessing by some of your posts that you are not.

    I have heard that XY7.com now works with NDemandAffiliates.com.

    When i signed up to XY7.com a NDemandAffiliate Account Manager IM'ed me and said that they was closly working together because XY7.com is overloaded with Affiliate's. I know it is little infomation but i thought i would just let you all know. Thanks.

    I`m really can't accept your way of talking about Intl publishers/affiliates , if you face some fraud problem with some of them , you an't put all of us in the same basket.

    also , when you talk about the English language, you make like it`s an idiot person who work with this job but don`t speak/write English by a %100 quality .

    about my problem ,finally i succeed to talk to one of the employee`s of XY7 ( Alves ) i explain to him what`s happened and he login to my account to check it out , he answer me that my record don`t display any leads at Jan/2009 , therefor i did not get any payment from them, while my statistic display that i have leads and i have $118.8 , so i just kindly asked him to log in to my account from my interface and i was going to provide him with my password ,because it`s seems that they have a bug in their master records script, but he refused to do so - have no idea why he refused - .

    after a lot of talk he said that he will email the accounting department to review my account and see if i deserve a payment at that month or not, so again i ask him to log in to my account by my interface to review my statistic , so he can explain very clear to the accounting what is my problem , but again he refuse .

    now about the accounting department , i never heard from them , i told him that i contact them several time before and Kevin said that he refer my problem to them before but i never heard from them.

    i ask Alves when he expect to an answer from the accounting department about my issue , and he said 24 hours or 48 maximum , so i advice him not to be surprised if they did not reply at this period .

    now the 48 hours passed since that chat between us and i still have no answer from them.

    any way , i`ll pm you my CD # and kindly ask you to track my issue with the accounting department or even if you want to log in to my account from my interface so just ask me to send to you my password.

    at last , i thank you for trying to help , and really looking to hear from you soon.

    I looked into these claims and it looks like we had already addressed this prior to your post. I sent you the log. You reached out to Anthony on May 5th and I responded within the hour advising that your check would be cut with the next check run. Anthony states he tried to contact you on the AIM name you used to contact him but that there you were not online when he was.

    Additionally, we have absolutely no log of you reaching out to accounting at anytime with exception to on November 21, 2008 which had been addressed and resolved.

    The good news is that we are willing to replace your check 11196 that was never cashed. I also offered to Pay Pal you.

    Please let me know if you have any additional questions and I do apologize that you have had a frustrating experience. Hopefully, you are now clear that you need to email for accounting issues like this one because is the only one that can look into an issue where the check was sent but never cashed. To everyone else in the company, it appears that you are paid in full. Of course, you can always contact me directly as well.

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clear this issue up.

    ZX10's issue is resolved. I don't know why it is that he is the ONLY one I have heard from and we were helping him before we knew he had posted. It seems to me if people are not coming forward to present their issue publicly or privately, they must be concerned about being exposed as either fraudulent or inaccurate on their post. Again, I invite all posters to please come forward with your claims. Nothing can be resolved if you are hiding behind a message board identity. If you truly want the truth exposed, please come forward.
